DINNER WITH THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR PRO4 CALABARZON

 A sumptuous dinner was held last December 04 at Jospehine's Restaurant in Tagaytay City hosted by Mr. RAY MAHAN. It was an informal friendly meeting and conversation with the Regional Director of PRO4 CALABARZON himself, CSUPT. PERFECTO P PALAD. Dr. ADIEL DE TORRES (TF TAGALIGTAS Executive Director and ARMOR OF GOD PROJECT Philippines Coordinator) with his family together with SSUPT. AARON D FIDEL (PRO4A DRDA), SSUPT. MELITO M MABILIN (PRO4A DRDO), and SSUPT. RONALD V SANTOS (PRO4A, R4) had a wonderful time.  It is also Mr. RAY MAHAN's gratefulness and appreciation to GEN. PALAD for hosting a same dinner last May, 2009 at the same place for him and Dr. ADIEL DE TORRES' visiting friends including Lt. CLINT RECK and Mr. GRADY FULLER.

Mr. RAY MAHAN (ARMOR Of GOD Director and TF TAGALIGTAS US Coordinator) also have discussed with GEN. PALAD the oppurtunity and possibility of not just being able to help the PNP with bullet-resistant vests but also mobile patrol vehicles and other rescue and tactical gears. Plans were also initially discuess on the upcoming ARMOR OF GOD - INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CONFERENCE (AOG-ILETC)  which will include U.S. Law Enforcement Officers with specialized skills and training. They will conduct training with PNP trainors and manuever forces on MAY, 2010. 

TASK FORCE TAGALIGTAS and the ARMOR OF GOD PROJECT has reiterarted and reaffirns its continued support and help to CSUPT. PERFECTO P PALAD and the PRO4 CALABARZON leadership even as it expands to the PNP National Leadership at CAMP CRAME, QUEZON CITY.

PRELIMINARY MEETING for INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CONFERENCE on MAY 2010

 
Last December 02, 2009, TF Tagaligtas (TFT)  Executive Director  and AOG Project Coordinator, Pastor ADIEL DE TORRES with Mr. RAY MAHAN, Armor of God Project (AOG)  Director and US TF Tagaligtas counterpart, had a working visit to SSUPT. CHARLES CALIMA, Director PNP Trainig Service for the initial meeting and preparation for the upcoming AOG INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CONFERENCE (ILETC) slated for May, 2010. Active U.S. law enforcement officers with special skills and expertise will be training PNP officers and manuever forces by next year. Tasked with planning and preparation for this big event is COL. MANUEL VIDANA, PCI FREDERICK MEAD, PSI EMILIO VILLA. The courses will encompass tactical handgun and carbine, operation planning and room clearing, ethics in law enforcement, vehicle takedown and police vehicle pursuit termination, and others still that might be useful to the PNP operators.
