SUPT. ROLANDO OPENA (R1) RECEIVES PERSONAL VEST

SUPT. ROLANDO OPENA receives a personal bullet-resistant vest from Pastor Adiel De Torres.  Lt. Col. Opena has become good friends with Pastor Adiel as he has been equally helpful in facilitating the training programs of the TF TAGALIGTAS foreign law enforcement partners for our local police officers. As the Chief of the Regional Human Resource and Doctrine Development, he is responsible for the training and re-training of all PNP officer and personnels in the CALABARZON region. We look forward to be working with him.  He also has come to know the Lord Jesus and his personal Saviour.
