The PNPA BAPTIST CADETS through the leadership of SPO4 RONNIE DELFIN and the ministry of the BAPSECOM under Dr. ED LAURENA, has adopted Dr. ADIEL DE TORRES as a PNPA BAPTIST CADET preacher in a simple ceremony held at Los Banos after he was invited to speak. Also copies of the "Take Up The Shield" book written by Capt. TONY MIANO (LAPD) given by the ARMOR OF GOD PROJECT was handed to the cadets. A PNPA Baptist Cadet pin was awarded to our Executive Director last August 08, 2009.
Pastor Avel Marasigan (San Juan Coordinator)led the team to Laiya National High School inspite of the heavy rain to serve and lead the 4th year students in the School Protection Program. Insp. Milo Tabernilla, PO2 Ruel Manato, and Dr. Adiel De Torres (TFT Exec. Dir) spoke. Pastor Alex Ocampo (Provincial Chairman) was also present along with other local coordinators for teh event. Students and teachers alike raise their hands in the closing part with a prayer of repentance and acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Last September 11, 2009, tthe Executive Director with the TFT Executive Secretary and Pastor Alex Ocampo (Batangas Provincial Coordinator), Pastor Jun Andal (Rosario Coordinator) and other TFT members were present with the RMG CALABARZON 2COY led by Insp. MILO TABERNILLA and the local PNP headed by Supt. DAVID Jr. conducted the School Protection Program at the said school. About 250 high school students were present as the results were very positive. Over 200 students made a decision for change by accepting the Lord. The chief-of-police made the same decision as well. It was good to know that the Rosario police chief is a classmate of two senior officers of the TFT Board, namely SSupt. Melvin Mongcal and Supt. Christopher Tambungan both of PNP Class 87!
In the afternoon of August 28, 2009, Task Force Tagaligtas together with the Regional Mobile Group CALABARZON held a symposium at FAITH which was warmly wlecomed by both the administration and student body. Pastor Alex Ocampo (Provincial Chairman) with TFT staff members and police personnels were on hand for the event. We thank everyone for allowing us to be of help and we look forward to seeing you again!
Peter Paul Reynaldo (Executive Secretary) and Eleazar Bravo (Executive Staff) with Pastor Alex Ocampo (Provincial Coordinator) and the RMG CALABARZON led by PO2 Ruel Manato conducted the School Protection Program at this high school last September 04, 2009.

Task Force TAGALIGTAS wishes to commend and send our heartfelt appreciation to the BSU main campus for the warm welcome.
